Where science meets compassion

What to Expect

1.

Psychiatric Evaluation (Initial Visit)

Your initial evaluation is a comprehensive appointment focused on understanding your symptoms, history, goals, and overall health. Together, we will explore the factors that may be contributing to your concerns and develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs. Most initial evaluations last approximately 60–75 minutes.

2.

Follow-up Care

Follow-up visits provide ongoing support, progress monitoring, and treatment adjustments as needed. These appointments allow us to review symptoms, medication response, sleep, stressors, and overall functioning while continuing to refine your care plan. Most follow-up appointments last approximately 30–45 minutes.

3.

Integrative Psychiatry Services

Integrative psychiatry takes a whole-person approach to mental health by considering factors such as sleep, hormones, nutrition, chronic health conditions, lifestyle, and nervous system regulation alongside traditional psychiatric care. Services are individualized and designed to support long-term emotional, cognitive, and physical well-being.
